Pete Hill MIC, FRGS.

drytoolingUK.com is run by Pete Hill. The author of six mountaineering books, including two that include drytooling skills, Pete runs summer and winter skills and instructor training courses in Scotland, and has climbed and travelled extensively across the world.
He has run tooling sessions and competitions from the north of Scotland to the south of England, and is a regular competitior. His other site is www.petehillmic.com from where he runs ML, SPA, CWA and CWLA instructor training courses.
Pete is currently joint co-ordinator for the highly successful Scottish Tooling Series 2010.

Paula Griffin.

Paula has worked on a number of drytooling competitions and events. She provides the brains behind the organisation, and is the point of contact for risk assessments, competition rules, event management and planning.
Very happy at drytooling venues, she is equally happy clipping bolts in the sunshine on European rock!

Mark Chadwick MIC.

Mark 'Chadders' Chadwick works for most of the year at Glenmore Lodge, Scotland's National Mountain Training Centre, and fills the rest of his time with freelance work and plenty of playing.
He has enjoyed trips all over the world including India, America, South Africa, Morocco, Canada, Alps and more. He also dabbles in the dark art of kayaking (sea & river), as well as a bit of ski mountaineering.
He has been involved with drytooling for a number of years, and has been a regular competitor in the Scottish series.
Mark was the main route-setter for the Glenmore round of The Scottish Tooing Series in 2009.

Ian Broadley.

Ian has worked with us for many years and has been involved in a number of trips abroad, most recently being involved in drytooling in Norway. Based in England, he is equally happy climbing both outdoors and in, and is at his best when coming up with novel methods of route-setting!

Siobhan Miller.

Joining us for the iconic Blackpool event, Siobhan juggles her love of climbing and drytooling with her university course in physiotherapy. Rarely happier than when route-setting, Sib is also a drytooling competition winner.
